The Job
You must be currently employed in a retail role and work over 16 hours a week and not be at college or any other further education.
Training
You will have an assessor who will visit you in your place of work and support your learning. You will need to put together a portfolio of work. Your assessor will help you to do this.

Many of our learners have progressed into management after achieveing their qualification. What you learn will enable you to continue to work with your employer or move to another job.
You can also take your qualification to other employers, not in retail and your skills will be recognised.
You will have an assessor who will visit you regularly at work. You will not need to go to college. You are able to contact your assessor on their mobile or by email. They will help you all they can.
