Sort incoming post so that correspondence can be allocated for handling 

Identify and obtain or clarify internal and external customer information which will allow processing to be completed

Retrieve or file case correspondence so that enquiries can be handled and files stored for efficient future reference

Print and dispatch documentation in line with departmental requirements

Carry out general administrative duties which maintain the smooth running of the operation and support colleagues in delivering service standards 

Participate in quality checking and identify areas for improvements so that service standards can be continually improved  

All staff including Modern Apprenticeship Trainees has access to the University’s Sports Centre, Swimming Pool &amp; Canteen facilities.

Maintain IT Support website, IT instruction, IT general documentation and loading necessary user instructions to the website.

Assist academic staff with the preparation for student filming and presentation equipment within the Lord Hope Building

Provide basic IT support for members of the academic and admin staff 

Updating student print credits
